ROTARY
SCREEN
At Deco-Chem we believe in the future of UV flexo so
strongly that we have installed a six-color, 7-inch Mark Andy
flexo press retrofitted with UV. The reasons are fourfold:
1) To demonstrate UV flexor capability to converters
who are considering changing to ultraviolet curable inks.
2) To have a press available for customers wishing to
test new products without tying up production presses.
3) To provide in-house research and development capability
in a "real time" production mode.
4) To work with industry co-suppliers to qualify their
products with Deco-Chem inks.
Converters who are interested in any of these services should
contact Brent
or Dwight Davis to schedule their individual seminar at
Deco-Chem.
Please call 1-888 DECO INK.

SCREEN
PRINTING EDUCATION CENTER
The Education Center was created to simulate a production setting
in which Deco-Chem specialty inks can be demonstrated.
Each type of screen printing may have its own qualities and use
characteristics. Our production area allows us to simulate production
problems and develop solutions
|
Your individual seminar can be scheduled at the Deco-Chem
Educational Center. Our numerous and high-performing ink lines include:
1) Baking enamels for metal: Deco-Chem baking
enamels are formulated for the appliance, automotive, nameplate and
signage markets.
2) Baking enamels for glass: Various textures and standard tints
are available for mirror and glass applications. Stained glass simulants,
as well as furniture, glassware, cups and mugs are all well-suited for
this technology.
3) UV curable and conventional inks for plastic: These inks work
well on polycarbonate and print-treated polyester for nameplates and
overlays. Other applications are available for labels, pressure sensitive
labels and nameplates.
A variety of innovative inks and coatings are available
for special applications.
A personal seminar can be developed around any of these items. Screen
printers are invited to inquire further about our educational seminars
and services by contacting Johnny
DeLeon, Troy Esposito, or Dwight Davis at 1-800-348-7191,
or 1-888 DECO INK.
