Introduction
DECO-CHEM, Inc. is a privately owned, U.S.-based ink and coatings manufacturer. Our specialties include screen printing, roller coating, coil coating, flexography, rotary screen, letter press and adhesives. Strategically located in Mishawaka, Indiana, our 20,000 square foot facility is just a few miles north of the geographical center of the screen printing and flexography printing industries. We ship world-wide for many customers.
The DECO-CHEM Quality Management System has the following objectives:
The DECO-CHEM Quality Manual, Procedures, and Work Instructions address the requirements of ISO 9001:2000, customer specified requirements, and general good business practices.
Process Approach
DECO-CHEM Plating Company has identified the processes needed for the business management system and their application throughout the organization. The following identifies the sequence and interaction of these processes.

Scope
DECO-CHEM has determined, and provides, the necessary resources and information to allow processes to function smoothly. We monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of our processes and implement necessary actions to ensure their continual improvement.
DECO-CHEM recognizes that any outsourced activity is still within the organizations responsibility to ensure that conformity to customer requirements is achieved and all controls associated with outsourced activity maintained.
Exclusions (none)
DECO-CHEM meets all requirements of ISO 9001:2000 including Design and Development.
